β’ The app was created by Noam Shazeer and Daniel De Freitas, AI experts who previously led a team of researchers at Google.
β’ Character.AI reports that users quickly become engaged after first use, with an average time on platform of over 2 hours.
β’ The app launched without a dedicated marketing budget and 99% of its downloads were organic.

Reviving Old Photos: MyHeritage Launches AI-Powered Reimagine App
β’ My-Heritage has launched a new app, Reimagine, to help users easily import and edit printed photos stored in albums.
β’ The app uses AI-powered features to restore faded colors, repair scratches, enhance resolution, turn old photos into animations with Deep Nostalgia, and add narration.
β’ The app is available for both iOS and Android and is free to download and use, but monetizes via weekly and monthly subscriptions.
